Shipping Information
- We ship 100% authentic and original branded products across Pakistan.
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days after Order confirmation on call. Orders will be dispatched from Monday to Saturday. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
- The estimated delivery time for our shipments is 3-4 working days maximum. However, deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions or law and order situations.
Delivery Charges
- We offer free delivery on orders above Rs. 2500.
- For orders below Rs. 2500, a delivery charge of Rs. 250 will be applied.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Whatsapp Message with tracking information to track the status of your shipment.

Change of Delivery Address
- If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email (hello@theshopick.com) or call us. We will try our best to accommodate the change request, but we cannot guarantee it.
Important Delivery Information
- To ensure successful delivery, customers need to provide Correct Contact number, complete address including house number, area, street name and number, nearest famous place, and city name. Orders with incomplete addresses will not be entertained.
